HBO Max streaming service has announced its new Ad Supported pricing of $9.99.
Back in March, it has said that it was working on a cheaper, ads-supported alternative to its premium-priced plan which was ad-free.
Just to give you a comparison, right now it was $15/Month making it the most expensive streaming platforms in the United States, as others like Netflix were at $8.99 and Disney Plus at $8/Month.
With this new tier, which costs $9.99, HBO Max subscribers can save costs at the expense of an ad-free experience. The other downside would be not having the access to same-day launch movies.
However, there are no other drawbacks to opting for this plan apart from these two. And the most important thing is that subscribers will continue to enjoy full access to the HBO Max library.
We can expect these changes to happen soon by the starting or ending of June.
