Chinese tech company, Huawei, plans to update over 100 devices with its new OS – Harmony – from June.
The software Harmony OS will also be updated in previous devices including phones, tablets and smart screens.
Various devices will be getting this update which includes not only the new devices but old ones too. Included are the Mate 9 and P10 both of which are over four years old. Models like Nova too. Also among the 100 devices, includes a few Honor devices that were manufactured before the two companies split.
Huawei will start providing updates in June, some devices may not get it until the first quarter of 2022. The company is only updating devices in China for now, and any news related to international roll out will come later.
